This is a 15 µF metallized polypropylene film capacitor rated at 250 VDC with ±10% tolerance. It features a low equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 2.7 mΩ and a dissipation factor of 0.1% maximum at 1 kHz.
Designed for high frequency applications such as DC link, DC filtering, and switching power supplies. It offers a dv/dt rating of 25 V/µs and can handle up to 14 A RMS ripple current at 100 kHz and 70°C.
The capacitor is housed in an axial through-hole package measuring 1.004" diameter by 1.811" length (25.5 mm x 46.0 mm). Terminations are lead-free tinned copper PC pins. Operating temperature range is -40°C to +100°C with voltage derating above 85°C.
