The HellermannTyton 156-02706 is a one-piece fir tree mount ratchet clamp designed for managing wires, cables, and hoses. Its ratchet closure allows easy installation during pre- or final assembly, and the easy release feature simplifies adjustments and maintenance without tools.
The clamp is made from impact modified, heat and UV stabilized Polyamide 6.6 (PA66HIRHSUV), providing long-term durability indoors and out. It has a flammability rating of UL94 HB and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The material is UV resistant, making it suitable for outdoor applications.
Mounting is achieved via a fir tree for round holes, accommodating panel thicknesses from 0.6mm to 9.0mm with a mounting hole diameter of 6.5mm. The clamp adjusts to bundle diameters from 0.240" to 0.540" (6.10mm to 13.72mm). It has a minimum tensile strength of 445 N. The product is packaged in bags of 25 pieces.
Compliance includes RoHS compliance and UL listing (US and Canada). Note that REACH compliance is not confirmed per the datasheet. The clamp is designed for heavy duty applications and can be reused or serviced without removing from the mounting surface.
