The Bourns 1530-1D-W is a commercial PoE Ethernet Surge Protector from the 1530-1 Series. It utilizes state-of-the-art Gas Discharge Tube (GDT) and TBU® High-Speed Protector technology to offer robust protection for Ethernet connections.
This surge protector is compatible with 10/100/1000 Mbps data rates and supports Class 4 power levels up to 35 watts at 57 volts. Key electrical specifications include a low impulse voltage let-through of less than 60V and a low impulse current let-through of less than 1A. It has a typical capacitance of 10 pF line-to-line at 1 MHz and a surge response time of less than 1 μs.
