The Molex 1510482200 is a 2-position, 2-row, 6.50mm pitch through hole header from the CP-6.5 series. It features a shrouded 4-wall design with a latch holder for secure mating, and a board guide for alignment. The contacts are square male pins made of copper alloy with a tin finish (50µin). The header is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications and is capable of withstanding wave-solder processes up to 260°C.
The insulation is molded from orange polyamide (PA66) with glass fill, rated UL94 V-0 for flammability. The header includes kinked solder tails for improved PCB retention. Typical applications include consumer home appliances such as washing machines and water heaters, as well as industrial automation equipment like HVAC systems, copiers, and vending machines.
