The 150K20A is a standard recovery silicon diode from GeneSiC Semiconductor, designed for high current rectification. It has a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200V and a DC blocking voltage of 200V. The average rectified current is 150A, with a forward voltage of 1.33V at that current. The diode exhibits a reverse current of 35mA at VRRM and 175°C junction temperature.
This diode features a high surge capability with an I2t rating of 58000 A²s (8.3ms). The thermal resistance junction-to-case is 0.25°C/W, allowing efficient heat dissipation. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C, and the storage temperature range is also -55°C to 150°C.
The device is housed in a DO-205AA (DO-8) stud mount package, suitable for chassis mounting. The stud is cathode for standard polarity, and reverse polarity (stud is anode) is available in the 'R' version. This diode is not ESD sensitive and has a standard recovery time greater than 500ns.
