The Phoenix Contact 1404031 is a sensor/actuator cable assembly designed for industrial automation and control applications. It features a 4-position M12 plug straight male connector on one end and a 4-position M12 socket angled female connector on the other, both A-coded per IEC 61076-2-101. The cable is 3 meters long, round, unshielded, with a PP-EPDM outer sheath and PP conductor insulation, halogen-free and FDA compliant.
Electrical ratings include 4A at 40°C and 250V, with contact resistance ≤5 mΩ and insulation resistance ≥100 MΩ. The assembly is rated for IP65/IP68/IP69K ingress protection, suitable for harsh environments including washdown and high-pressure cleaning. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 105°C.
