The 12TQ045STRR is a Schottky rectifier diode from Vishay's 12TQ...S series, designed for low forward voltage drop and high frequency operation. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 45V and an average forward current of 15A at a case temperature of 120°C with a rectangular waveform.
Key electrical characteristics include a forward voltage drop of 560mV at 15A and 25°C, and 500mV at 15A and 125°C.
