The 12CTQ045S is a Schottky rectifier array from SMC Diode Solutions, designed for high-efficiency power conversion. It contains two Schottky diodes in a common cathode configuration, each rated for 6A, with a total device current of 12A. The device has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 45V and a low forward voltage drop of 600mV at 6A, minimizing conduction losses.
This rectifier is suitable for switching power supplies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection. It can operate at junction temperatures up to 150°C and offers a non-repetitive surge current capability of 160A per leg. The guard ring design enhances ruggedness and long-term reliability.
The 12CTQ045S is supplied in a D2PAK (TO-263AB) surface mount package with gull wing leads, compatible with standard reflow soldering processes. It is lead-free (Pb-Free) and available in tape and reel packaging with 800 pieces per reel.
The peak repetitive reverse voltage is 45V.
The average rectified forward current is 12A per device (6A per leg).
The maximum forward voltage is 600mV at 6A, 25°C.
It is available in a D2PAK (TO-263AB) surface mount package.
The junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
The peak one cycle non-repetitive surge current is 160A per leg (8.3ms half sine pulse).
