The 125NQ015R is a high current Schottky rectifier module from Vishay Dale, designed for ultra low forward voltage drop. It is rated for a maximum average rectified current of 120A at a 50% duty cycle and a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 15V. The forward voltage is as low as 0.33V at 120A and 75°C, making it ideal for high-efficiency power applications.
This device features a proprietary barrier technology that allows reliable operation up to 125°C junction temperature. It includes a guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long-term reliability, and uses high purity, high temperature epoxy encapsulation for improved mechanical strength and moisture resistance.
The 125NQ015R is housed in a D-67 Half-Pak module for chassis mount installation. It is suitable for high frequency operation and is optimized for OR-ing of parallel power supplies, converters, reverse battery protection, and redundant power subsystems.
