The Littelfuse 1210L200PR is a surface mount polymeric PTC resettable fuse from the 1210L series. It is designed to provide overcurrent protection in compact electronic applications where resettable protection is desired.
This device has a hold current of 2 A and a trip current of 4 A at 20°C still air. The maximum voltage rating is 6 Vdc, and it can withstand fault currents up to 100 A. Typical power dissipation is 0.8 W. The initial resistance is as low as 0.015 Ω, with a maximum post-trip resistance of 0.07 Ω one hour after tripping or reflow soldering.
The time to trip at 8 A fault current is 1 second. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
