The Kyocera AVX 12107A821JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 820 pF, ±5% tolerance, and a rated voltage of 500V. It utilizes C0G (NP0) dielectric, which offers excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of ±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor is housed in a 1210 (3225 metric) package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a maximum thickness of 1.27mm, suitable for high-density PCB designs.
