This is a 0.047 µF surface mount MLCC capacitor from Kyocera AVX. It features X7R dielectric, rated at 200V DC with ±10% capacitance tolerance.
The X7R dielectric provides stable capacitance over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a capacitance change of ±15%. The dissipation factor is ≤10% for voltages ≥50V, and insulation resistance is ≥10000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF.
The capacitor is housed in a 1210 (3225 Metric) package with dimensions 3.20mm x 2.50mm x 0.94mm. Terminations are plated Ni and Sn. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging (7-inch reel).
Suitable for general purpose applications where known changes in capacitance due to applied voltage and frequency are acceptable.
