This is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX. It has a capacitance of 22µF with ±10% tolerance, rated voltage of 16V DC, and X5R dielectric.
The X5R dielectric offers capacitance variation within ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. It is suitable for decoupling and filtering applications.
The capacitor is housed in a 1206 (3216 Metric) package with dimensions 3.20mm x 1.60mm and maximum thickness 1.78mm. It features plated Ni and Sn terminations and is available on 7" or 13" reels.
