The Kyocera AVX 1206YC105MAT2A is a 1 µF ±20% multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with X7R dielectric rated for 16V DC. It comes in a standard 1206 (3216 Metric) package with plated nickel and tin terminations suitable for surface-mount assembly.
X7R dielectric offers a capacitance change within ±15% from -55°C to 125°C, making it temperature stable for general-purpose industrial and commercial applications. The dissipation factor is ≤12.5% at 1.0Vrms and 1kHz, and the insulation resistance is ≥10,000 MΩ or ≥500 MΩ-µF.
The component is supplied on 7" reel packaging for automated pick-and-place. It is claimed RoHS3 and REACH unaffected with MSL 1 (unlimited). Designed for general-purpose use where moderate capacitance stability under applied voltage and temperature is acceptable.
The capacitance is 1 µF with a tolerance of ±20%.
The rated DC voltage is 16V.
The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C.
The package is 1206 (3216 Metric) with dimensions 3.20mm x 1.60mm and a maximum thickness of 1.27mm.
The part is listed as RoHS3 compliant, but this status is unverified and considered low confidence.
