The Kyocera AVX 12065C224JAT2A is a 0.22 µF multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a rated voltage of 50V DC and ±5% capacitance tolerance. It features an X7R dielectric formulation, which provides temperature-stable capacitance within ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
