The Kyocera AVX 12065C153KAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 0.015 µF and a rated voltage of 50V DC. It uses X7R dielectric, which provides a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
