The 12065C102JAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It features a capacitance of 1000 pF, a voltage rating of 50V, and uses X7R dielectric material, which provides a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
