The Kyocera AVX 12065A621FAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 620pF and a rated voltage of 50V. It offers a tight tolerance of ±1% and features a C0G/NP0 temperature coefficient, ensuring stable capacitance over a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor is housed in a standard 1206 (3216 metric) package measuring 3.20mm x 1.60mm with a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. The C0G/NP0 dielectric provides excellent stability and low losses, making it suitable for timing, filtering, and resonant circuit applications where capacitance drift must be minimized.
