The Kyocera AVX 12065A5R6CAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) utilizing a C0G/NP0 dielectric. C0G/NP0 is a Class I ceramic formulation offering ultra-stable capacitance over temperature, with a change of 0 ±30ppm/°C. This part provides a capacitance of 5.6pF with a tight tolerance of ±0.25pF and is rated for 50V DC operation.
This capacitor is designed for general-purpose applications where stability and low drift are required.
