This ceramic capacitor from Kyocera AVX (part number 12065A331JAT2A) uses a stable C0G (NP0) Class I dielectric formulation. C0G/NP0 offers capacitance change with temperature of 0 ±30 ppm/°C, less than ±0.3% from -55°C to +125°C, with negligible drift and hysteresis.
