The 12065A202GAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX. It provides 2000 pF capacitance with a 50V voltage rating and ±2% tolerance. The C0G (NP0) temperature coefficient ensures excellent stability across the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
This capacitor is packaged in a 1206 (3216 Metric) case measuring 3.20mm x 1.60mm with a maximum thickness of 1.27mm. It is designed for surface mount assembly and is suitable for general purpose applications.
The C0G/NP0 dielectric offers low dissipation factor and high Q, making it ideal for resonant circuits, timing applications, and filtering where capacitance stability is required. The component is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL rating of 1.
