The 12065A152GAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 1500 pF with a rated voltage of 50V and a tight tolerance of ±2%. The capacitor utilizes a C0G (NP0) dielectric, which provides excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of ±30 ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
