The 12063E104ZAT2A is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 0.1 µF with a tolerance of -20%/+80% and a rated voltage of 25V. The capacitor uses a Z5U temperature coefficient, with an operating temperature range of 10°C to 85°C.
This MLCC is designed for general purpose applications where moderate capacitance stability over temperature is acceptable. The Z5U dielectric provides high capacitance density but with wider capacitance variation over temperature and voltage compared to X7R or NP0 types.
