The Kyocera AVX 12063D105KAT2A is a 1 µF multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a 25 V DC rating. It features an X5R temperature coefficient, exhibiting a capacitance change of ±15% over the operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. The capacitance tolerance is ±10%.
