This is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It has a capacitance of 0.12 µF with a rated voltage of 25V DC and a tolerance of ±5%. The dielectric is X7R, which provides a capacitance change of ±15% over the temperature range -55°C to 125°C.
