The Kyocera AVX 12061A680JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) featuring a capacitance of 68 pF with ±5% tolerance and a rated voltage of 100V. It uses C0G (NP0) Class I ceramic dielectric, known for its exceptional temperature stability: capacitance change is 0 ±30 ppm/°C over the full operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, with negligible hysteresis and drift. This MLCC offers a high quality factor (Q) of at least 1000 for capacitance values ≥30 pF, measured at 1 MHz, and an insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF (whichever is less).
