The 12061A220GAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, featuring C0G (NP0) dielectric. With a capacitance of 22 pF and a rated voltage of 100V, it provides a ±2% tolerance. C0G/NP0 dielectric offers excellent stability with capacitance change less than ±0.3% from -55°C to +125°C, and negligible hysteresis. The capacitor is housed in a 1206 (3216 metric) package with dimensions 3.20mm x 1.60mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. It is suitable for general purpose applications requiring stable capacitance over temperature and frequency. The part is supplied on 7" reels with plated Ni and Sn terminations. Key electrical characteristics include a Q factor of ≥ 400+20×Cap (pF) for values below 30 pF, and insulation resistance of 10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ·µF, whichever is less. Dielectric strength is tested at 250% of rated voltage.
