The 12061A200GA12A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) manufactured by Kyocera AVX. It offers a capacitance of 20 pF with a rated voltage of 100V and a tight tolerance of ±2%. The capacitor uses C0G/NP0 dielectric, which provides excellent temperature stability with a temperature coefficient of ±30 ppm/°C over the operating range of -55°C to 125°C. This makes it suitable for timing and filtering circuits where capacitance stability is critical.
