The Kyocera AVX 12061A150FAT2A is a multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) with a capacitance of 15pF and a rated voltage of 100V DC. It features a C0G/NP0 dielectric, which offers excellent temperature stability with a capacitance change of ±30ppm/°C over the operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The tolerance is ±1%, providing precise capacitance for critical circuits.
This capacitor is designed for surface mount assembly and comes in a standard 1206 (3216 metric) package with dimensions of 3.20mm x 1.60mm and a maximum thickness of 0.94mm.
