The 12061A122JAT2A is a surface mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, featuring a C0G (NP0) dielectric. C0G is a Class I ceramic material that offers extremely stable capacitance over temperature, with a capacitance change of 0 ±30ppm/°C from -55°C to +125°C. This makes it ideal for timing, tuning, and resonant circuit applications where stability is critical.
The capacitor has a nominal capacitance of 1200 pF with a tolerance of ±5%, and is rated for 100V DC operation. It is housed in a standard 1206 (3216 Metric) package measuring 3.20mm x 1.60mm with a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. The terminations are plated with nickel and tin, providing excellent solderability for surface mount assembly.
