The 12061A102JAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) from Kyocera AVX, featuring a C0G (NP0) dielectric. With a capacitance of 1000 pF and a rated voltage of 100V, it provides excellent stability over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The C0G (NP0) formulation is an EIA Class I ceramic material known for its low capacitance change with temperature (±30ppm/°C) and minimal aging.
The capacitor is housed in a standard 1206 (3216 Metric) package with dimensions 3.20mm x 1.60mm x 0.94mm (max). Termination finish is plated Ni and Sn, suitable for surface mount assembly. The part is supplied on a 7" reel, though standard package quantity is unverified.
Typical applications include general purpose coupling, decoupling, and filtering in electronic circuits.
