The Kyocera AVX 12061A100GAT2A is a surface-mount multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) featuring a 10 pF capacitance, 100V DC voltage rating, and ±2% tolerance. It utilizes the C0G (NP0) dielectric, an EIA Class I ceramic material known for its exceptional temperature stability and low drift.
C0G capacitors offer capacitance change of 0 ±30 ppm/°C over the full operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, making them suitable for timing, filtering, and resonant circuits where stability is critical. The part's high insulation resistance (10,000 MΩ or 500 MΩ-µF minimum) and no dielectric breakdown ensure reliable performance.
Housed in a standard 1206 (3216 metric) package, this capacitor measures 3.20mm x 1.60mm with a maximum thickness of 0.94mm. Termination is plated nickel and tin, compatible with lead-free soldering processes. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
