The WECO 120-A-111/02 is a 2-position plug connector from the 120-A-111 series, featuring a 5.00mm pitch and screw rising cage clamp termination. It is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting and accepts solid wires from 0.2 to 4 mm² and stranded wires from 0.2 to 2.5 mm² (26-12 AWG). The connector is rated for 12A continuous current and 250V insulation voltage per EN 60998-1, with a rated impulse voltage of 4 kV.
The housing is molded from gray polyamide (PA) with a V-0 flammability rating and a comparative tracking index (CTI) of ≥600, placing it in insulating group I. The terminal body is nickel plated brass, the pressure clamp and spring are tin plated tin bronze, and the M3 screw is zinc plated steel with blue passivation. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 100°C.
This plug is usable with all pin strips of the WECO 120-M series. It includes retention latches on the non-wire side for secure mating. The wire stripping length is 7 mm ± 0.5 mm, and the recommended tightening torque is 0.5 Nm. The part is supplied in a box of 200 pieces.
