The E-T-A 1180-02-0.7A is a compact thermal overcurrent circuit breaker designed as a replacement for conventional fuses. It operates with a current rating of 700mA and is suitable for AC voltages up to 250V and DC voltages up to 72V.
This circuit breaker features a reliable switching mechanism, snap action, and a positively trip-free mechanism. Its plug-in design allows for easy mounting on standard terminal blocks for DIN rail mounting, making it ideal for control cabinets and process control systems. The push-push button allows for direct switching off of the load for maintenance purposes without losing the device from the terminal block.
With a very small width of only 8.2 mm, the 1180 series saves space and weight in equipment. It offers increased system availability through its reset option after tripping. The device meets the requirements of the EN 60934 (IEC 60934) circuit breaker standard.
