The Heyco 1154 (SR 5L-1) is a black nylon 6/6 strain relief bushing designed to protect cables at panel entry points. It securely anchors, insulates, and protects cables from pull, push, and twist forces. The bushing fits a 0.500" (12.7mm) mounting hole and accommodates panel thicknesses up to 0.156" (3.96mm).
Manufactured from polyamide (PA66) nylon 6/6, the bushing is rated UL94 V-2 for flammability and operates over a temperature range of -18°C to 105°C. It carries UL File E15331 and CSA File 8919 certifications. The black color provides a standard appearance for industrial and electronic enclosures.
The straight-thru design allows for round cables and requires simple hand or plier installation. The bushing is part of the Heyco SR series, which offers consistent performance for wire management applications.
