The Keystone Electronics 112TR is a surface mount (SMT) coin cell contact spring designed for single-cell battery applications. It features a contact spring (leaf) style termination with SMD (SMT) tab mounting, making it suitable for automated PCB assembly.
The contact is made of phosphor bronze with a tin-nickel plating, ensuring reliable electrical performance and corrosion resistance. The insulator is constructed from high-temperature nylon 46, rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. The component has a low profile with a height above board of 0.041" (1.05mm).
This part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 400 pieces per reel, compatible with pick-and-place manufacturing. It is designed for use with multiple coin cell sizes and supports easy battery replacement through battery release ports.
