The NorComp 111-050-203L001 is a 50-position Centronics (SCSI-style) receptacle connector featuring outer shroud contacts. It is designed for free hanging (in-line) mounting and uses solder cup termination for easy cable assembly.
Electrically, it is rated for 1 A per contact, with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC for 1 minute, insulation resistance of 1000 MΩ min at 500 VDC, and contact resistance of 30 mΩ max. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +105°C.
Mechanically, it accepts 26-20 AWG wire and has an overall length of 82.70 mm, width of 74.70 mm, and height of 64.20 mm. The insulator is PBT (UL94 V-0 rated), contacts are phosphor bronze with gold flash in the mating area and bright tin in the solder area, and the shell is steel with nickel plating.
This connector is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected. It is suitable for SCSI and Centronics parallel interface applications requiring a robust, reliable interconnect.
