The Preci-Dip 110-87-640-41-001101 is a 40-position DIP IC socket designed for through-hole mounting. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and 0.6" (15.24mm) row spacing, making it suitable for standard DIP packages. The socket uses beryllium copper contacts with a tin flash finish and a housing made of PCT/polyester glass-filled material. It has an open frame design for improved airflow and heat dissipation. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, allowing use in harsh environments. Termination is solder type.
