This is a 24-position dual in-line (DIP) IC socket from Preci-Dip, designed for through-hole mounting with a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and 7.62mm (0.300") row spacing. It features tin-plated (flash) beryllium copper contacts for reliable electrical connections. The housing is made of polycyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate (PCT) and polyester, glass-filled for durability. The open-frame design allows for improved airflow and inspection. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, suitable for industrial applications. Termination is solder type. This socket is marked as RoHS3 compliant, REACH unaffected, and has MSL 1 (unlimited), though these compliance claims are unverified.
