The Preci-Dip 110-87-308-41-001101 is an 8-position DIP IC socket designed for through-hole mounting. The socket features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and 0.3" (7.62mm) row spacing, accommodating standard 8-pin DIP ICs with dual-in-line package configuration (2 rows of 4 contacts).
The open frame design facilitates airflow and inspection of solder joints. Contacts are made of beryllium copper with a tin finish (flash thickness), offering reliable electrical connectivity. The housing is constructed from glass-filled PCT/Polyester material.
