The Vishay Dale 10TQ045S is a Schottky rectifier diode designed for high-frequency operation with a maximum average forward current of 10 A at 50% duty cycle and a case temperature of 151°C. It has a maximum DC reverse voltage rating of 45 V and a low forward voltage drop of 570 mV at 10 A and 25°C. The device is capable of operating at junction temperatures from -55°C to 175°C. It includes a guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long-term reliability. The 10TQ045S is qualified to Q101 level and is suitable for applications such as switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection. The part is supplied in the TO-263AB (D²PAK) surface-mount package, which provides excellent thermal performance with a junction-to-case thermal resistance of 2.0°C/W.
