The 10MQ040NTR is a high performance Schottky rectifier from Vishay Semiconductors, designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and compact surface mount packaging. With an average rectified current rating of 1A at 50% duty cycle and TL=132°C, and a maximum DC reverse voltage of 40V, this diode is suitable for a variety of power management circuits. The forward voltage is typically 0.54V at 1A (25°C) and maximum 0.56V at 1.5A (125°C). Reverse leakage current is 26mA maximum at 125°C.
