The 10ETF02STRL is a fast soft recovery rectifier diode from Vishay High Power Products, part of the 10ETF..S Soft Recovery Series. It is designed for applications requiring a combination of short reverse recovery time and low forward voltage drop. The device features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 200V and an average forward current (IF(AV)) of 10A at a case temperature of 128°C. Its maximum forward voltage drop is 1.2V at 10A and 25°C, and it offers a fast reverse recovery time (trr) of 50ns under standard test conditions.
The diode is glass passivated for stable and reliable operation under severe temperature and power cycling conditions. It is qualified for industrial-level use. Typical applications include output rectification and freewheeling in inverters, choppers, and converters, as well as input rectification where severe restrictions on conducted EMI must be met.
The 10ETF02STRL is supplied in a surface-mount TO-263-3, D2Pak (2 Leads + Tab), TO-263AB package, also known as D2PAK. It has an operating junction temperature range of -40°C to 150°C and a maximum thermal resistance from junction to case of 1.5°C/W.
