The Vishay Dale 10BQ100 is a 1A, 100V Schottky rectifier designed for low forward voltage drop and surface-mount applications. It features a maximum forward voltage of 0.78V at 1A and 25°C, dropping to 0.62V at 125°C. Reverse leakage current is typically 0.5mA at 25°C and 1mA at 125°C. The device has a junction capacitance of 42pF and series inductance of 2.0nH, making it suitable for high-frequency operation.
This rectifier is capable of handling non-repetitive surge currents up to 780A (5µs sine) and 38A (10ms sine). It offers avalanche energy capability of 1.0mJ and repetitive avalanche current of 0.5A.
