The 10A04-T is a standard recovery rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose power rectification. It is rated for a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 400V and an average rectified output current of 10A (at +50°C with leads maintained at 9.5mm from case).
The diode offers a low forward voltage drop of 1V at 10A and a high non-repetitive peak forward surge current capability of 600A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). Reverse leakage current is 10µA at 25°C and 100µA at 100°C at rated DC blocking voltage.
