The Keystone Electronics 106 is a single-cell coin battery holder designed for 20mm diameter cells. It features a PC Pin termination style for through-hole PCB mounting. The holder is constructed with spring steel contacts that are tin-nickel plated for reliable electrical connection and corrosion resistance. The base is made from PBT material rated UL 94V-0 for flame retardancy.
This open-style holder accommodates battery series including 2016, 2020, 2025, and 2032, as well as BR2012, CR2012, CL2016, CL2020, BR2025, and CL2032. The height above board is 8.5mm (0.335 inches), allowing components to be placed underneath the holder to maximize PCB space. Polarity is clearly marked for correct battery insertion.
