The Molex 1053102204 is a 4-position, 2-row header from the Nano-Fit power connector series. It features a fully shrouded 4-wall housing with a positive-latch holder, ensuring secure mating in board-to-cable/wire applications. The header uses through-hole mounting with kinked solder pins for reliable PCB attachment.
Electrical ratings include 8.0A current per contact and 250V voltage, with a contact resistance of 10mΩ. The high-conductivity copper contacts are tin-plated (0.38µm) and designed with 4 points of contact for long-term reliability. The insulator is made of liquid crystal polymer (LCP) in natural color, withstanding operating temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The connector supports up to 20 mating cycles with tin plating.
