The 100R-JMDSS-G-1-TF is a 100-position board-to-board receptacle connector from JST Manufacturing's JMD series. It features a 0.5mm pitch and 2 rows of center strip contacts, designed for mezzanine stacking applications with mated heights of 4.5mm, 5mm, or 6mm.
The connector is rated for 0.5A per contact and 50V AC/DC, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +85°C. Contact resistance is 50mΩ max initial, and insulation resistance is 50MΩ min. Withstanding voltage is 100V AC for one minute.
The housing is made of polyamide with UL94V-0 rating, and contacts are phosphor bronze with gold plating. The connector is surface mount and comes in embossed tape packaging (1500 per reel). Solder retention features are included for reliable mounting. The plug housing features guide ribs to prevent distortion, and cantilever contacts ensure smooth mating.
