The PANJIT 1.5SMCJ18CA-AU_R1_000A1 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from the 1.5SMCJ series, offering 1500W peak pulse power capability (10/1000µs waveform). It provides robust protection against voltage transients in automotive and industrial environments.
Electrical characteristics include a reverse standoff voltage of 18V, a minimum breakdown voltage of 20V, and a maximum clamping voltage of 29.2V at a peak pulse current of 51.4A.
