The 1.5SMCJ100A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 100V and a clamping voltage of 162V at a peak pulse current of 9.3A (10/1000 µs waveform).
